To return or exchange an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging with tag attached, shipping with an Authorization code and an original receipt. Please email to info@cececoshops.com to request an authorization # (please don't call, email only).

Return shipping is at customer's cost.
We are not responsible for any lost and damaged during transit.
